Tagged by Kim!

Tagged. My friend Kim tagged me...It's really putting my memory to the test. I would like to mention first of all that my brains fell out somewhere around the birth of my second child and I have not yet returned them all to their rightful place (along with various other parts of my body)...so take my answers accordingly!

First memory - Sitting in my Grandmother's lap in the rocking chair in our "new" house in League City, TX while my parents helped move our furniture inside.

First real kiss - Brannon Hyde on the baseball field of Lake Travis High School at a track meet in 7th or 8th grade. Can't say it was an amazing or proud moment.

First love - Probably also Brannon...I'm sure I thought I was in love!

First Concert- It was most likely a George Straight concert at the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo...

First thing you think in the morning - Why are you {insert any of my children} up?

First pet - A rabbit named spot

First book you remember loving -Can't remember the name of it, but it had two keys and a lion on the front cover - Maybe "The Lion's Gate". My grandmother gave it to me out of her classroom collection - she taught 2nd grade for MANY years.

First question you'll ask in heaven - So hard to pick just one...Maybe something about dinosaurs or how many of the hairs on my head are actually gray?

First thing you think of when you hear the word vacation - How much will that cost us?

First best friend - I can't think of her name right now (remember the brains), but her phone number was 334-4664. She used to threaten that she would drink a whole bottle of Pepto Bismol if I didn't do what she wanted...(thankfully, we moved away)

Last time you dressed up - Heath took me to opening night of Phantom of the Opera about 5 years ago for my birthday...

Last thing you ate -Sadly, a PB&J

Last CD you bought - "Made for Working" by Matt the Electrician

Last good book you read - The Memory Keeper's Daughter by Kim Edwards

Last time you cried -Sunday, I teared up at a baptism at church and during a clip/trailer from the movie "Invisble Children" shown in bible class (http://www.invisiblechildren.com)

Last time you told someone you loved them - About 20 minutes ago talking to Heath on the phone.

Last really funny thing you did - I'm not generally funny. But I had a painfully comical fall a couple of weeks ago trying to get out of my car in the pouring rain holding Cole, three shopping bags, my purse and a newly purchased hamper.

Last thing you watched on TV - I saw about 7 1/2 minutes of Ellen this morning before the kids came in the room.

I tag Laura, Beth H., and Jennifer... Can't wait to hear your answers!
