Yep, School's In Session...

The first few weeks of school often reek havoc on the immune system...dirty hands, tiny bugs and cruel viruses all balled into one cute little germ-infested, yet innocent-looking, friend.

Here was a glimpse of the scene at our place the last couple of weeks. (It's so sad to see him so pitiful...and you have to be REALLY sick to lay on our bathroom floor willingly!)

Luckily, the stomach bug was the short-lived kind, lasting only about 12 unbearable hours per child/adult. Unfortunately, we couldn't all get it at once and get it over with. Instead we apparently felt it necessary to separate puking and such with 2-3 days of normalcy, then start over with the release of body fluids from some other family member, dragging out the gross over a couple of weeks...
